1. Are They Worth it?First off, I would like to say, YES. They are worth it. They save a ton of space on the desktop, they are very capable little machines, and they are very low maintenance. I have used several different brands, and I have a current favorite, which I will link below. On a dollar per dollar comparison to a similarly equipped full-size desktop machine, they are absolutely worth the investment. There are of course exceptions to everything, and in this case it is graphic design. If you are needing a large graphics processor, which is a lot of times larger than this entire machine, or if you are constantly working in a CAD type program, or if you do most of your work in Illustator, Draw, or Premier then the answer is no. If that is you, disregard this article. You will need a different animal all together. 2. Do they do everything a large machine will do? They do everything a large computer with the same peripherals will do. So if you connect it to the same devices, you should get the same result, just using much less space and power.
